We are following CDC-recommended safety precautions such as careful sanitation to protect us all. These measures are resulting in slightly delayed processing and shipping times for some orders and we sincerely thank you for your patience. Once orders are processed a tracking number will be generated and sent.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY:

Holiday Shipping Period: November 26- December 31 

Please allow additional time for processing and shipment of orders during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period.

We ask to allow up to 14 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment. 

Tracking information is provided once orders have been shipped. 

DUE TO THE COVID-19 GLOBAL PANDEMIC, We are not providing same day shipping, next day, or express mailing options. 

While we are working diligently on your order(s) to ensure that it is delivered on time please note that there may be delays due to unforeseen events such as the current global health crisis, holidays, and sale seasons.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us at hello@milmommymel.com and we will try to resolve the issue by replacing your item. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received and returned in the original packaging.
